Your date is not reserved until your $50 deposit is received. You have 48 hours from booking to pay - after that, your spot is released.

Payment Timeline

  1. Pay $50 deposit
    Due within 48 hours of booking
    This holds your date. Miss the deadline and your reservation is forfeited.


  2. Receive your full invoice
    We’ll send this after your deposit clears, based on your headcount. The deposit is deducted from your total owed.


  3. Pay your balance
    Due 48 hours before your event starts
    This allows us time to prepare the right number of workstations If your headcount changes, text or email us to update your invoice first.

Before your event

Sign waivers ahead of time to speed up check-in

  • Download and print the event waiver (one copy per guest)

  • Download and print our photography release (one copy per guest).

  • No printer? Paper copies will be available for you at the farm.

Common Questions

  • All events are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at ruralstemsflowerfarm@gmail.com or 602-284-2884.

  • We ask that children under 12 stay home. If you’re a nursing mother or other special case - just reach out and we’ll accommodate you!

  • You'll start inside with light snacks and a brief farm intro. Then it's outside to cut your flowers, back inside to build your bouquet, and we close with care tips and photos.
